SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

At Pressure by Phatz Royale, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive the highest quality luxury hair extensions.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 Business Days

Delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pressure by Phatz Royale proudly ships to customers in 28 countries worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

  • Pressure by Phatz Royale is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Pressure by Phatz Royale is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
